23 August 2006: Further proposed amendments to Ansett Australia Limited ("AAL") Deed of Company Arrangement
As noted below, the Deed Administrators have convened meetings of all Ansett Group creditors to allow creditors to vote on resolutions to provide for the pooling of the Ansett Group companies and trusts. The meetings will take place in Melbourne, Australia on 31 August 2006, commencing at 10am.
Today the Deed Administrators have posted on this website a further amended copy of the AAL Deed of Company Arrangement showing the "pooling" variations to be voted on at the 31 August 2006 meeting of AAL creditors. The proposed further amendments (to clauses 14 and 18.1B) are to ensure that Ansett Group creditors are not granted wider set-off rights as a result of pooling than their previous or existing set-off rights.

27 Apr, 2006: Payment of Fifth Dividend
The Administrators are pleased to announce the distribution of a fifth dividend of $28.6m to former Ansett employees and to the Commonwealth. Employees will receive $17.3m being 10% of each employee's outstanding entitlements.

BSP Recovery Actions
As part of their ongoing recovery of unremitted BSP trust funds from travel agents,
the Deed Administrators have commenced further court proceedings.
