Deeds of Company Arrangement


Below are the Deeds of Company Arrangement for 36 Ansett companies under Administration, which were executed on 2 May 2002. The Deed documents are quite large. For your convenience, the documents have been broken into two sections. The first section is the Deed. This section is about 360 KB. The second section consists of the attached Exhibits to the Deed.
